How big should a Google Ads radius be for dumpster rentals in Portland?

Which keywords should a Portland roll-off company start with?
Begin with "dumpster rental portland", "roll off dumpster portland me", "20 yard dumpster portland" and "construction dumpster portland", then add the nearby market terms and container sizes once the core terms convert.
